He attended UofA and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Construction, & Environmental Engineering with a minor in Construction Engineering.

During this time, he worked in the CO-OP Program thru the University of Alabama for Hoar Construction. Daniel worked as an associate project manager position for 3 years on multiple commercial and industrial projects during this time, including the Midtown Village Mall in Tuscaloosa.⁠

After college graduation, he took employment for Alabama Department of Transportation where he worked for 4 years in the Hazardous Materials and Tests Bureau working on engineering design for future roadways and management of hazardous material sites and environmental projects. ⁠

Through multiple other positions, Daniel became a licensed Home Builder for the state of Alabama and was part of completing more than 65 custom homes. He has now partnered with John Mancha as Co-Owners to create their own construction company called, Mancha Construction Partners, LLC. They specialize in residential and commercial construction.
